Our Story
AL Gardner
AL grew up on a ranch in a farming community where he began learning the skills of craftsmanship. This led him to pursue a degree in Architectural drafting. Upon, graduation AL pursued a career designing and building houses. With 30 plus years of experience, he is knowledgeable in every aspect of building houses from concept to finish.

He first started building furniture 15 years ago as a side project. He began building cedar chests as graduation gifts for his family. This quickly grew his passion for woodworking. He began teaching himself how to build other types of furniture. As this passion grew he has begun sharing this knowledge with his oldest son, Chad, who also shares his dad’s love for woodworking turning a simple log into a beautiful piece of furniture.
Chad grew up in a small ranching community in Colorado. At the age of 12, his family made the huge decision to move to Missouri. Growing up, he assisted his dad building house and fixing things. However, it was in his high school shop class where he realized his passion for building things with his hands.
In junior high, Chad met a young girl that would help shape his life. In 2009 that same girl, Christa, became his wife. The two now have 3 beautiful Children together. Starting out of his garage, Chad began building log furniture for their home in 2009. With his dad’s guidance’s, Chad is self-taught in building furniture. His craftsmanship has extended into building cedar chest, beds, and so much more. He is ever growing his knowledge in building log furniture.
Chad Gardner
Chad had a dream to build a furniture business with his dad. When, AL moved to Missouri in 2015 that dream became a reality. Chad and his dad were able to bring their combined knowledge and skills together to build furniture. The two began building furniture out of Chad’s garage.

They have since moved to some property where they were able to build a fully functional shop. This new shop allows the two to productively build all of the wood products. With the combined knowledge, passion, love for woodworking and craftsmanship the two are the perfect pair for building furniture together. They are ever growing in their skills and knowledge, expanding their skill set to new types of furniture and woodwork.
